2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

3 Account Management

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts are not possible.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, during high traffic periods, on weekends, or when additional verification is required, this time may increase slightly.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

Only deposits from a payment account registered in the account holder's own name are accepted. Depositing from a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited and such transactions may be rejected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 still earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in total bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only — not to subsequent deposits.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
• rg66 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.

5.4 VIP Program

rg66's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Tiers are advanced through regular play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority support.

6 Betting & Gaming

6.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. rg66's decision is final in determining outcomes. rg66 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or amounts displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Game Operation

6.3 Internet Disconnection
